Strategic Use Evidence: Invocation of OrgBrain CLI, agent reference, or capsule use in at least one documented decision cycle.

Capital Yield Absence: User submits either:

A brief rationale for non-utility (max 3 sentences), or

Absence of capital leverage or reflex ROI traceable to an action instance.

🚫 Exclusions from Ethical Rebate
Missing or delayed intake forms.

Users who have exported/published OrgBrain-derived IP.

Custom Enterprise builds where advisory work is underway.

🧾 Rebate Processing
Eligible rebates are reviewed and processed within 7 business days. Capital reconciliation is done via original payment channels. Platform fees (e.g. Gumroad) are handled per gateway policies.
